Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for loss; damage or injury direct or indirect arising from the use of any product and DMC Racing makes no guarantee as to the legality for any specific class. Due to the hazards involved in drag racing, DMC Racing accepts no liability for failures of racing components or accessories made by DMC Racing. The consumer accepts all risk involved with racing hazards; therefore, competition components are under extreme stress and constantly pushed to their limits. They should be inspected after every run, although, all work done by DMC Racing meets or exceeds all IHRA and NHRA specifications. Any crash could be fatal; therefore, I understand the dangers involved in drag racing and hereby indemnify and hold Dennis MacPherson, President and DMC Racing harmless from any and all claims, actions or demands rising out of any incident.

Return Policy
No return will be accepted without prior approval from DMC Racing. Returned parts must be shipped prepaid, collect shipments will be refussed and modified or used products are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, no returns are accepted after 30 days and freight charges are not refundable. **Special orders are not refundable.**

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We can not accept responsibility for errors in content or pricing. All orders outside of the Continental United States must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. Credit cards or money orders are preferred.
